Director of Analytics

Job Summary

To support DaVita Integrated Kidney Care, the full-time Director of Analytics will develop and execute strategic priorities focused on improving Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) through data analysis, team management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, with the option for remote or hybrid work.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute project plans coordinating efforts across multiple teams to enhance clinical and financial outcomes
• Monitor and communicate key clinical and financial outcomes to executive leaders and stakeholders
• Manage a team of managers and analysts, providing leadership and support in project management and professional development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, public health, health informatics, analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience managing a reporting and analytics team
• 3+ years of experience using SQL and relational databases
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
• Knowledge of healthcare claims analytics and medical claims terminology preferred
