Director of Analytics
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of analytics initiatives, the full-time Director of Analytics will develop a comprehensive analytics roadmap, manage a team of analysts, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with business leaders to drive informed decision-making in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement an analytics and reporting strategy aligned with business objectives
- Build strong relationships with business leaders to identify reporting needs and prioritize initiatives
- Design and maintain advanced reports and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in analytics or data analysis, with a focus on stakeholder collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps
- Experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
