Director of Analytics

Job Summary

Leading the analytics strategy, the full-time Director of Analytics will transform data into actionable insights, oversee the analytics lifecycle, and mentor a high-performing team in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex business questions into actionable analytics and present insights to senior leadership
• Define and execute the company's analytics strategy to support business goals and executive decision-making
• Oversee data infrastructure and governance to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data science with a proven track record of leading teams
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with strong experience in modern data modeling and BI platforms
• Practical experience applying generative AI or LLMs in a BI or data context
• Experience in fintech, high-growth startups, or highly regulated industries is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience; a Master's degree is a plus
