Director of Analytics
Job Summary
Leading a team of senior analysts, the full-time remote Director of Analytics will manage the transition to self-service analytics while overseeing merchant and BNPL analytics, focusing on funnel performance and loan metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Own the transition from analyst-led reporting to a governed self-service analytics environment
- Manage the certified metric layer in Snowflake to ensure consistent and accurate data reporting
- Lead the analysis of the BNPL application funnel and merchant lifecycle performance, identifying areas for improvement
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in analytics or data science, including team management
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field
- Expertise in SQL and working knowledge of Python or R
- Demonstrated experience in building self-service analytics and data quality practices
- Strong background in funnel and conversion analytics for high-volume consumer products
