Job Summary
Leading a team of analytics professionals, the full-time Director of Analytics will execute the analytics strategy through scalable capabilities and measurable business outcomes while working remotely across the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the analytics portfolio, establishing processes and standards to convert business needs into reporting and analytical solutions
- Engage in solution design, complex analysis, executive reporting, and data product development
- Collaborate with leaders across various business functions to enhance data trust and improve the speed and quality of insights
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related fields
- 5+ years of people leadership experience with responsibility for delivery and performance management
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience with complex analytics, solution design, and executive reporting
