Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Director of Analytics to lead the analytics function in a fully remote, full-time role, where the candidate will develop and execute analytics strategies, drive advanced analytics initiatives, and mentor a high-performing team to enhance business performance across various domains including underwriting and pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute analytics strategies to support key business objectives and improve performance

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- 10+ years of analytics experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Prior experience in the auto insurance industry is required
- Proven success in leading analytics teams and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Strong understanding of insurance regulations and model governance
