Job Summary
Leading strategic initiatives for the Consumer and Developer Experience (CDX) team, the full-time remote Director of Analytics and Transformation will manage business intelligence and analytics efforts, drive organizational transformation, and foster a customer-centric product culture while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with CDX leaders to define business strategies and tackle strategic questions
- Lead priority initiatives such as AI transformation and support the organization's intelligence unit with analytics and assessments
- Develop and mentor a team of strategy and product leaders, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of experience in quantitative analysis
- At least 4 years of experience in qualitative analysis
- At least 2 years of experience in people management
- At least 2 years of experience in project management
