Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director/Director - Analytics Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data and analytics programs, managing the roadmap from problem definition to deployment
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, translating business problems into high-level analytics solutions
• Manage and mentor a hybrid team of data scientists and engineers, ensuring collaboration across global teams

Required Qualifications

• 13-15 years of total experience, with at least 7 years in the Insurance domain and consulting
• Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders to translate business problems into analytics solutions
• Deep knowledge of the US Insurance industry
• Strong project management and team management skills
• Graduate in Business Analytics, MBA, or equivalent work experience
