Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Analytics Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the Analytics Product roadmap, including dashboards and reporting platforms
• Design products that articulate ROI and outcomes, aligning with client retention and growth
• Lead and develop a team of Analytics Product Owners, ensuring strategic alignment and execution

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Product Management focused on data and analytics products
• Deep experience in healthcare analytics, including payer, provider, or healthcare technology environments
• Strong understanding of Value-Based Care models and healthcare economics
• Experience designing client-facing analytics products that demonstrate ROI
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with data engineering and business stakeholders
