Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Ancillary Services Implementation and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site selection, real estate strategy, and manage the full development lifecycle for cardiology operations
• Oversee the development and deployment of advanced imaging capabilities and coordinate vendor integration
• Drive regulatory strategy and execution, ensuring compliance and operational readiness for new sites

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, real estate development, or related fields
• Proven experience leading end-to-end development projects from site selection to operational launch
• Experience with imaging modalities such as PET/CT and SPECT is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory environments, including licensing and accreditation
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and capital planning
