Director of Application Delivery

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of software development initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Application Delivery will manage a team focused on delivering high-quality solutions while driving innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and technical vision to the Software Development team, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Define and implement the software development and quality assurance strategy, including best practices and performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate modernization efforts and remove technical obstacles

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum ten years of progressive software engineering and technology management experience, with at least three years in a leadership role
• Five years of experience managing and developing teams of software engineers and quality assurance professionals
• Experience with Microsoft software stack (C#, .NET Core, SQL Server) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Proven track record in developing corporate policy and procedures regarding software engineering
• Experience in digital transformation efforts within a multi-year transformation journey
