Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Application Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of custom applications on the Microsoft Dynamics platform
• Manage and mentor a team of Dynamics developers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and development standards
• Lead enterprise-level Dynamics projects, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree and relevant certifications preferred
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on Dynamics implementations
• At least 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and complex development projects
• Proven track record of successful large-scale Dynamics implementations and customizations
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and proficiency in Power Platform components preferred
