Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Application Engineering and Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor application engineering and QA teams, promoting accountability and continuous improvement
• Define and execute application engineering strategy in alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture
• Drive agile program execution across teams, ensuring high-quality releases and platform stability

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development and application engineering, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure
• Experience managing distributed and offshore teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred
