Job Summary
Leading the charge in AI-native security, the full-time remote Director of Application Security will architect and manage a cutting-edge Application Security function that integrates security intelligence into the software development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement an AI-native Application Security vision and operating model
- Embed automated security reasoning into CI/CD and AI/ML pipelines while evolving threat modeling
- Foster a security culture by training engineers on secure AI-native system design
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in Application Security, DevSecOps, or secure software development
- Strong knowledge of OWASP, cloud-native systems, and API security
- Familiarity with AI/ML security risks
- Proven leadership and communication skills
