Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Applied AI to lead their Applied AI team and drive the development of AI systems for compensation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of end-to-end AI systems from prototyping to production deployment
• Manage a team of backend and ML engineers, fostering a collaborative work environment

Required Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience as an applied AI or ML engineer with a track record of deploying innovative features at scale
• 4+ years of experience managing a high-performing engineering team
• Experience in enterprise technology applications architecture, design, development, and maintenance
• Strong understanding of the AI/ML landscape and ability to translate advancements into practical applications
• Proven experience with B2B-focused solution and architecture design
