• Redesign and operationalize an AI-native software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Lead AI Engineering Strategy & Execution, defining technical roadmaps and architecture standards
• Build and grow a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Demonstrated success leading application engineering organizations through transformation
• Proven experience re-architecting SDLCs and engineering workflows
• Deep experience developing and deploying production-grade AI systems
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, and AI infrastructure
