Director of Applied AI Strategy

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Director of Applied AI Strategy, this hybrid role will manage the development and implementation of AI solutions to enhance productivity across business functions, focusing on agentic AI and workflow automation.

Key responsibilities

• Rapidly prototype and refine AI solutions to improve existing workflows and support business cases
• Build and deploy production-grade AI agents, ensuring integration with enterprise resources and compliance with governance
• Translate high-level leadership vision into tactical roadmaps, managing stakeholder expectations and project scope

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years in a technical function with a proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade solutions
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building production-ready agents using LLMs
• 3+ years managing complex stakeholder relationships and translating business strategy into execution plans
• Demonstrated ability in rapid prototyping using AI-augmented development tools
