Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing applied science and engineering team dedicated to delivering AI products
• Define and execute the vision for next-generation AI services and products for healthcare
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to prototype and deliver innovative AI-powered products

Required Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or a related field focused on machine learning and AI
• A minimum of 5 years of people management experience
• Proven experience leading applied science teams in AI/ML and product development
• 10+ years of applied science or technical leadership experience, particularly in AI and ML
• Deep technical expertise in machine learning systems and GenAI/LLM model architectures
