Director of AR Strategy

Job Summary

Transforming complex accounts receivable challenges into data-driven operational solutions, the full-time remote Director of AR Strategy will manage large datasets, conduct in-depth analyses, and drive actionable strategies while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex AR investigations and operational functions from initial inquiry to resolution and monitoring
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends in AR, denial, claims rejection, and reimbursement
• Prepare client-specific AR performance reviews and lead internal and client meetings on behalf of AR leadership

Required qualifications

• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly in professional billing or physician revenue cycle operations
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, denial management, and claims processing
• Proven ability to analyze complex operational and financial datasets and identify root causes
• Working proficiency in SQL for data access and querying is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated project execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
