Director of Architecture

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Architecture, responsible for leading the business architecture analyst team and driving strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance regarding the federal technology landscape
• Establish and manage short and long-term goals for the business architecture analyst team
• Oversee departmental policies, performance reviews, and employee training and development

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology roles such as Software Engineering, Architecture, or Product Management
• 3+ years of experience in software delivery for Federal clients, including the Department of Defense
• 3+ years of experience in defining and driving technical direction for strategic initiatives
• 2+ years of experience leading technology teams in software design and delivery
• United States Citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance
