Director of Architecture - Java & Cloud

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead architecture for enterprise SaaS platforms built on Java and cloud technologies
• Design scalable microservices systems that support high-volume, mission-critical applications
• Guide engineering teams on Java development best practices and lead architecture reviews

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java engineering and software architecture
• Proven success designing and delivering scalable enterprise or SaaS platforms
• Strong experience building microservices architectures and distributed systems
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and container platforms like Kubernetes
• Deep understanding of system performance, concurrency, and high-throughput application design
