Director of Artificial Intelligence

Job Summary

To lead the company's AI vision and execution, the full-time remote Director of Artificial Intelligence will manage the development and deployment of AI solutions that enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and improve network performance while driving measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities
• Lead the design and deployment of scalable AI solutions across customer care and operational functions
• Establish AI governance frameworks to ensure compliance, security, and ethical use of AI solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of ten years of experience in AI architecture, data science, or software engineering, with five years in leadership roles
• Proficiency with cloud-scale AI ecosystems such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, or AWS
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow and MLOps tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow
• Demonstrated ability to design cloud-native AI architectures and integrate models into enterprise platforms
