Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of the Center for the Advancement of Art Education.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan aligned with institutional priorities
• Design, oversee, and evaluate arts education research initiatives
• Build alliances and collaborations with academic units, arts organizations, and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's required; PhD preferred)
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in higher education or research centers
• Demonstrated record of academic research and securing grants
• Experience launching or scaling programs or initiatives
• Familiarity with digital learning environments and translating research into practice
