Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational network efficiency by defining and scaling new methodologies
• Lead optimization of triage and resolution processes through automation and actionable messaging
• Oversee escalation and resolution strategies to minimize downtime and improve reliability

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
• Experience in developing, maintaining, or troubleshooting EVSE equipment
• Knowledge of Ethernet network access and IP-based routing concepts
• Experience working with vendors for routing equipment procurement and configuration
• Hands-on systems development experience, particularly with Linux and MySQL
