Director of Asset Protection & EHS

Job Summary

Leading a team of approximately 15, the full-time salaried Director of Asset Protection & EHS will develop and implement integrated strategies for asset protection and environmental health and safety across the Supply Chain network, ensuring operational excellence while safeguarding team members and company assets in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve regional AP & EHS strategies in alignment with enterprise goals
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Oversee all asset protection activities, including shrink reduction, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of AP and EHS strategy in a multi-unit retail and logistics environment
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and deliver results
• Strong conflict management and decision-making skills in high-stress situations
• Experience in auditing AP and EHS programs for compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-driven reporting tools
