Director of Associate Financial Planners

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Associate Financial Planners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 30 Associate Financial Planners to drive client acquisition and retention
• Coach AFPs in performing financial planning analysis and mastering internal tools
• Partner with AFPs and planners to set goals and provide performance feedback to senior leaders

Required Qualifications

• 5 years in financial services sales management with a distributed team
• 5+ years of experience leading a workforce of 10 or more individuals
• Proven ability to lead and empower sales staff
• Deep understanding of financial services and comprehensive financial planning
• Bachelor's degree in business or finance; Certified Financial Planner designation preferred
