Director of Atlassian Practice

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director (Atlassian Practice) to lead and grow its Atlassian services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand the Atlassian consulting, implementation, migration, and managed services practice
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Atlassian solutions for enterprise clients
• Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify, and close Atlassian consulting opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• 12-18+ years of experience in IT consulting, enterprise technology delivery, or digital transformation
• Strong hands-on experience within the Atlassian ecosystem
• Proven leadership transitioning from technology delivery into client engagement or sales leadership
• Experience leading large-scale Atlassian implementations or transformation programs
• Demonstrated success in practice development, revenue growth, and strategic client engagement
