Job Summary

To ensure operational excellence and delivery predictability at scale, the full-time Director of Audience Activation will collaborate with leadership to execute strategic plans, oversee multiple accounts, and drive innovation through AI and automation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain rigor in capacity planning, staffing models, and delivery management to ensure consistent execution across accounts
  • Partner with Strategy leadership to embed long-term priorities into daily delivery and translate strategy into executable frameworks
  • Coach and develop Delivery Managers to foster high-performing teams and drive continuous improvement in operational discipline
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of relevant experience in client-facing delivery leadership
  • Proven experience leading complex delivery models such as email, digital, or direct marketing
  • Strong financial acumen across revenue, expense, and margin management
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills across all organizational levels
  • Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams
