Job Summary

Leading audit operations for multiple accounts, the full-time salaried Director of Audit Operations will manage service delivery, enhance productivity, and ensure compliance while focusing on client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Direct audit service delivery by managing teams and ensuring client expectations are met
• Review audit progress against metrics and coordinate with support functions to achieve goals
• Oversee compliance with HIPAA regulations and manage contract renewals and negotiations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5 years of healthcare auditing, claims, or healthcare billing experience required
• Prior experience with direct client contact in account management or audit
• 5 years of people management experience, preferably with large teams
• Strong ability to manage and create action from metrics
