Director of Audit Operations

Job Summary

Leading a team in a full-time salaried capacity, the Director of Audit Operations will manage audit service delivery and productivity, ensuring compliance and cost management while focusing on growth and operationalization of new products in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the successful delivery of audit services, managing teams to meet and exceed client expectations
• Review audit progress against metrics, ensuring coordination with support functions to achieve business goals
• Oversee staffing and training for audit teams, promoting continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5 years of healthcare auditing, claims, or healthcare billing experience required
• Prior experience with direct client contact in account management or audit roles
• 5 years of people management experience, preferably managing large teams
• Strong ability to manage and create action from metrics
