Job Summary
Overseeing the learning and development processes for the Premium Audit Operations team, the full-time remote Director of Audit Training will enhance training platforms, implement best practices for compliance, and drive auditor retention through mentoring and curriculum development.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide structure to training and mentoring initiatives to support Premium Audit operations
- Revamp the audit training curriculum and develop automated training tools to improve effectiveness
- Collaborate with leadership to identify goals that drive product innovation and market leadership
Required qualifications:
- 15+ years of audit industry experience
- 10+ years of management experience
- Prior training and/or mentoring experience
- Proven leadership and analytical skills
- Ability to identify and implement effective solutions for inefficient processes
