Director of Auto Capital Markets

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Auto Capital Markets to lead the development and execution of capital markets infrastructure for its Indirect Auto lending business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and lead the Auto ABS securitization program, collaborating with banks and rating agencies
• Manage and optimize multiple Auto warehouse facilities and forecast financing needs
• Build and expand forward flow programs by managing relationships with institutional investors

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Auto Capital Markets, Structured Finance, or Fintech
• Proven track record in whole loan sales, warehouse financing, and securitization
• Strong understanding of secured assets and structured finance markets
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to lead multiple complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment
