Director of Auto Finance Solutions

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and analytical leader, the full-time Director of Auto Finance Solutions will drive sustainable growth by delivering automotive data solutions, strengthening client relationships, and collaborating across teams to enhance revenue and retention in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Customer Success team in achieving gross retention goals and ensuring solution delivery across accounts
• Collaborate with the Sales team to identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and develop new solutions for existing clients
• Work with the Marketing and Product teams to create campaign plans, develop content, and support new product development based on client needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred
• Extensive experience in the automotive finance industry preferred
• Background in automotive finance operations preferred
• Strong understanding of Used Vehicle Values and Residual values preferred
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across business units
