Job Summary
Director of Auto Loans Sales, this full-time role involves owning the go-to-market strategy and commercial execution for the auto loan vertical, building enterprise partnerships, and driving deals from initial conversation to go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the auto loan vertical, identifying high-value partner segments
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales, managing relationships and negotiations with C-level decision-makers
- Oversee partnership implementation, ensuring strong execution and alignment with product and engineering teams
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships, particularly in the auto finance sector
- Deep knowledge of the auto finance ecosystem and experience with embedded payment flexibility
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals in emerging markets
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams with accountability for ambitious targets
- Strong financial and legal acumen with the ability to negotiate partnership agreements effectively
