Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Auto Total Loss.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the success of the Total Loss team to drive individual and organizational success
  • Recommend new workforce models and strategies to reduce costs associated with virtual total loss claims
  • Build and implement workflows to increase operational efficiency and report on successes and opportunities using data
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of Total Loss or repair experience with at least 4 years of management experience
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Extensive knowledge of insurance principles and appraisal decisions
  • Thorough understanding of vehicle repair, parts costs, and total loss classification
  • Working experience in estimating platforms such as Mitchell, CCC, Adjustwrite, or Duncan
