Key responsibilities

• Lead controls, automation, and integration engineering efforts
• Manage hiring, team development, utilization, budgets, and milestones
• Oversee commissioning support, technical quality, and issue escalation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 10+ years of automation, controls, or systems integration experience
• 7+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Strong experience with industrial control systems and technical project execution
• U.S. work authorization required; no third-party sponsorship
