Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Automation Services to design and implement AI-enabled service catalog automation and lead a team focused on automation delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Document and design AI-enabled service catalogs and maintain standards and workflows
Build and lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship and fostering innovation
Develop automated processes for service delivery and oversee the entire automation lifecycle

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in process automation, service delivery, or operations management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
Strong understanding of automation frameworks and workflow design
Familiarity with AI concepts and their application in service delivery
Experience with automation tools, such as RPA platforms or workflow orchestration tools, is preferred
