Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Automation Services to design and implement AI-enabled service catalog automation and lead a focused team.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and maintain AI-enabled service catalogs and define standards for service offerings
• Build and lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of innovation
• Develop and implement automated processes, overseeing the entire automation lifecycle for service delivery

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in process automation, service delivery, or operations management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks and workflow design
• Familiarity with AI concepts in service delivery
• Experience with automation tools and background in service catalog development preferred
