Director of Automation Services
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Automation Services to design and implement AI-enabled service catalog automation and lead a team focused on automation delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Document and maintain AI-enabled service catalog automation, defining standards and workflows
- Build and lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of innovation
- Develop and implement automated processes, overseeing the entire automation lifecycle for service delivery
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in process automation, service delivery, or operations management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and process optimization
- Familiarity with AI concepts and their application in service delivery
- Experience with automation tools such as RPA platforms or workflow orchestration tools is preferred
