Job Summary

Leading the development of global manufacturing and laboratory planning capabilities, the full-time Director of Automation Solutions will manage advanced planning solutions, drive AI and analytics use case development, and ensure cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop global manufacturing and laboratory planning capabilities, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and regulatory expectations
• Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of advanced planning solutions, translating operational requirements into actionable capabilities
• Identify and develop high-value AI, RPA, and analytics use cases to enhance planning processes and improve decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in managing planning processes in manufacturing and laboratory environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Experience in AI, RPA, and analytics use case development
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
