Director of AWS Alliances

Job Summary

Acting as a peer to CTOs and VP-level engineering leaders, the full-time remote Director of AWS Alliances will engage in executive discussions, design enterprise-wide AI adoption strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to provide customer insights that shape product direction.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with CTOs and VP-level engineering leaders to navigate the AI landscape
• Partner with Field Engineers to design enterprise-wide AI adoption strategies
• Provide high-level customer insights to internal product and go-to-market teams

Required qualifications

• Prior experience as an engineering leader, principal architect, or platform leader
• Deep understanding of modern engineering organization structures and developer productivity challenges
• Exceptional external-facing executive presence and communication skills
• Startup mentality with a comfort in navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments
