Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of B2B Activation to lead its Activation Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase marketing-attributable patient starts and build scalable systems with repeatable playbooks
- Define data-driven strategies for marketing touchpoints to maximize patient starts from commercial referral audiences
- Lead the establishment of testing and experimentation approaches to optimize campaign effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing, or Business Operations focused on user activations
- Direct experience in scaling teams using AI and ML-driven automation for attribution and incrementality challenges
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Proven expertise in leading teams and developing high-performing marketing talent
- Hands-on proficiency with MarTech stacks and data pipelines for marketing attribution
