Job Summary
Leading the performance marketing organization, the remote Director of B2B Marketing will be responsible for pipeline generation, demand generation, and revenue-focused campaign execution while overseeing a growing marketing team and driving measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Own performance marketing strategy across various channels to enhance pipeline creation and ROI
- Oversee marketing automation, reporting, and campaign analytics to optimize funnel performance
- Lead and develop the marketing team, ensuring high standards of execution and accountability
Required qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in benefits, HR tech, or fintech
- Proven experience in leading performance marketing and demand generation tied to revenue outcomes
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing KPIs and funnel performance
- Experience managing marketing automation and performance marketing programs
- Proven people leadership experience with the ability to build team effectiveness
