Key Responsibilities

• Define and validate the agency strategy for the Home Care business to align with growth goals

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role
• Proven success in defining product vision and strategy for high-growth, digital customer experiences
• Experience leveraging analytics and customer research to guide product decisions
• Strong track record of delivering business results through collaboration and disciplined execution
• Experience in marketplaces, health tech, or mission-driven organizations is a strong plus
