Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Behavioral Systems Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of cognitive and behavioral insights into system and experience design across the employee lifecycle
• Map employee perceptions and decision-making processes within digital and organizational systems
• Prototype and scale interventions to drive sustainable behavior change and develop closed-loop learning systems

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in behavioral systems design or applied behavioral research in complex environments
• Track record of influencing strategy through cognitive and behavioral insights and experimentation
• 10+ years of experience in behavioral science, cognitive psychology, or related fields
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Behavioral Science, Cognitive Psychology, Behavioral Economics, or Systems Design
