Director of Benefit Education

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Benefit Education Solutions to lead the management and delivery of client-facing education and support content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between HR Tech & Enrollment Solutions and GI Marketing to standardize collaboration
• Ensure internal and market-facing content remains current and aligns with brand expectations
• Lead the Enrollment Materials function and oversee the development of content and capacity plans

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years in benefits enrollment communications/operations at a relevant organization
• Deep knowledge of plan design artifacts and their translation into employee-facing materials
• Experience implementing vendor solutions, including POCs and governance
• Strong partnership skills with various departments, including Marketing and Compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Marketing, HR/Benefits, or a related field is strongly preferred
