Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of health and welfare benefits, retirement programs, and leave of absence benefits
  • Monitor benefit trends and ensure compliance with regulations while enhancing employee experience
  • Oversee daily administration of benefit plans and manage a team of benefits professionals


Required Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, focusing on U.S. and U.K. benefits administration
  • Deep knowledge of benefits regulations, including FMLA, ADA, ACA, ERISA, and COBRA
  • Proven leadership experience managing a team of benefits professionals
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and benefits platforms; Workday and BenefitFocus experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with VLOOKUPs and PivotTables
