Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of health and welfare benefits, retirement programs, and leave of absence benefits
- Monitor benefit trends and ensure compliance with regulations while enhancing employee experience
- Oversee daily administration of benefit plans and manage a team of benefits professionals
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, focusing on U.S. and U.K. benefits administration
- Deep knowledge of benefits regulations, including FMLA, ADA, ACA, ERISA, and COBRA
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of benefits professionals
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and benefits platforms; Workday and BenefitFocus experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with VLOOKUPs and PivotTables
