Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and communication of employee benefit programs
- Manage relationships with benefit providers and oversee financial management of benefit plans
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and recommend modifications to benefit programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field required; Master's preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive benefit experience with strong analytical and financial acumen
- Managerial experience required
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Certification as Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) preferred
