Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, implementation, and communication of employee benefit programs
  • Manage relationships with benefit providers and oversee financial management of benefit plans
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and recommend modifications to benefit programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field required; Master's preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive benefit experience with strong analytical and financial acumen
  • Managerial experience required
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Certification as Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) preferred
