Director of BI & Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of BI & Analytics to lead enterprise data strategy and analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a multi-year enterprise data analytics strategy aligned with growth and value-based care objectives
• Champion the modernization of data infrastructure and build a comprehensive analytics framework ensuring data accuracy and compliance
• Manage stakeholder expectations, influence cross-functional teams, and create a collaborative team environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, analytics, statistics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics and engineering, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Strong expertise with modern data stacks including Databricks, SQL, Azure, AWS, Power BI, and Python
• Experience in data governance, dashboard development, and big data strategy
• Deep understanding of value-based care analytics and healthcare operations
