Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Billing and Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all daily, weekly, and monthly billing and accounts receivable operations
• Oversee the implementation of a new EHR system, including training and workflow setup
• Prepare financial reports and track payer performance and reimbursement timelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in medical billing, AR, or healthcare administration
• Experience in an ABA or behavioral health setting strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with billing platforms like NPA or SimplePractice
• Ability to work consistently within the Pacific Time Zone
